Because every job is different, and there’s always something new to learn and then take forward and put it in our tool pouch.” Moving forward, Frank’s goal is to continue learning, and to continue taking on bigger and better projects that facilitate that learning. The company’s specialty has always been quick-service restaurants, and they don’t want to leave those behind, but they would also like the opportunity to do larger projects as well – projects such as factories, warehouses, and plazas. In order to earn those jobs, they intend to get bigger as a company and build relationships with new clients. “We’d love to really jump to the next level,” Frank says. “Our aspiration is definitely get to bigger jobs. We feel like our team is ready for them. We’re ready now to flourish and take off.” “We’re capable of so much more than we’re doing,” he adds. “We’d like to take on at least double our output, do some bigger jobs, work with some new clients, and really show people what we can do.” No matter how large NDC grows, however, Frank says the company will always remain customerfocused and family-powered. “At our core, we are a family business and we always will be,” he concludes. “We’re always going to do things with heart and integrity. We’re always going to treat employees like family members. We’re always going to treat clients like family members. At the end of the day, we want everybody we work with to succeed, because that’s what makes us successful.” JANUARY 2025
