The Construction Source

NDC Development Corporation, based in Vaughan, Ontario, has been delivering successful commercial construction projects to the region for over 25 years. Throughout their history, they have built a diverse portfolio of exemplary projects, spanning industry sectors including property management, food service, manufacturing, and retail. In the years since, they have maintained that reputation while also getting into bigger commercial and industrial projects. In terms of value, their projects can now range anywhere from $50,000 to over $2 million. Geographically, they work all across Southern Ontario. Within their expansive niche, Frank reiterates that what sets NDC apart is their reliability and ability to meet timelines. He credits that ability, in turn, to their flexibility and willingness to do things “outside the construction norm.” “I have a philosophy, and that philosophy is: do JANUARY 2025
