Rooted in community In recent years, Zetsen Homes has built a lot of rental fourplex projects, as in 2013 the federal government introduced a GST rebate on rental properties of four units or more. That incentive encouraged some rental property development in Camrose, and Zetsen Homes was eager to seize on that opportunity. Because those projects take a little bit longer to build than standard single family homes, they have been taking up a majority of the company’s time recently. Moving forward, however, Garrett says his goal is to keep doing single-family homes, and to keep doing a mix of them – everything from price point starter homes to full on custom homes.
