Encouraging eco-friendly transportation choices among our team, like carpooling and use of environmentally conscious vehicles, is part of our commitment to sustainability. In Brandon’s view, they are already at an “optimal size” where they can take on large-scale projects while still forming personal relationships with clients. Though their goal is “steady and manageable growth,” they are very conscious of maintaining that balance. “Our focus is not necessarily to get bigger,” Brandon concludes. “Our focus remains on enhancing our team, and investing in training and support initiatives to craft the most skilled and cohesive construction team in the valley.
