company’s substantial growth and overall success. Brandon, for example, is a Red Seal Carpenter and a Gold Seal certified project manager and his roots in the Okanagan construction industry run deep. The values of safety and quality have been ingrained in him from a young age, and his extensive knowledge of the region enables him to forge strong partnerships with like-minded and reputable contractors. In 2020, a couple years after Brandon and the others ascended to partners, Plan B Residential Inc. was established. That marked the company’s entry into the multi-family sector. That same year, Plan B completed some of their most significant commercial projects to date, including a 12,000-square-foot showroom and production facility for Phoenix Kitchenworks, and a major renovation to two office buildings in downtown Kelowna at 1680 and 1690 Water Street. In 2023, they completed their largest residential project, an 85-unit apartment building. Today, Plan B operates out of a 4,000-squarefoot office with a team of 30 people and annual revenues over $20 million. Their portfolio now encompasses a wide spectrum of projects and contracts, from property care and small renovations in their smaller projects division, to large projects with values upwards of $16 million. In Brandon’s estimation, the company now has the capacity to easily handle projects up to $20 million, and he says with their streamlined operations they could feasibly accommodate up to $30 million without requiring substantial upgrades.
