Plan B Contractor’s is a family-owned construction company specializing in both commercial and residential projects across the Okanagan Valley. Since forming in 2004, they have been committed to achieving quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. That commitment has fuelled the company’s consistent growth and evolution for over two decades. According to Brandon Westgate, partner and project manager, that commitment continues to fuel the company’s success today. “Our mission is simple yet powerful: plan better, build better, be better,” Brandon says. “We are committed to revolutionizing the construction industry by continuously improving our planning processes, elevating construction standards, and striving for excellence in all aspects of our operations. Our relentless pursuit is to set new benchmarks, delivering superior quality and innovation while embodying a culture of continuous improvement.” When Plan B was first founded, the company operated out of the garage of founder and CEO Bryan Murray, and they mostly did commercial work. Early clients included Chef’s Edge, Elite Motors and Ashely Furniture – all clients that would become long-term reoccurring customers. In 2008, Rob and Robyn Kline joined the business. In 2012, Brandon came aboard. Mike Seeley joined the company in 2016 to lead the financial team. In 2018, Rob, Robyn, Brandon and Mike all became partners in the company.
