Brant believes that’s maybe the most significant reason that architects and owners keep coming back. “Clients know where the costs are at all times,” he says. “We think that’s one of the things they would say they appreciate about us the most. They always know where the budget is sitting. When they make a decision, they understand the cost implications of that decision. We work really closely with the client and the architect to make sure that’s true. Nobody is ever unpleasantly surprised at the end of the project.
