all over Southern Ontario, to communities as far as Sudbury, Sarnia, and Welland. Anastasia believes that their clients appreciate that flexibility. She also believes clients appreciate the depth of their service offering. “For clients, it’s easy to work with us because we represent one point of contact when it comes to floors, stairs, and tiles,” she explains. “If they want to make some changes to their interior, it’s easier to work with just one company than three companies.” “And though we market ourselves as a flooring company, we can also help with other aspects of the project if the client needs us to,” she adds. “We’re all about providing the best possible customer service we possibly can. We’re still young and we’re hungry and we’re trying to be the best at what we do.” “We’re still growing, and we want every client we take on to be a repeat client,” she continues. “We’re definitely not there just to do one project. We’re there for a long run. We want to build a strong relationship. And to do that, we have to be very client-oriented. We have to be on point. I think that’s one of the reasons clients like working with us.” Being ‘on point,’ Anastasia elaborates, means being responsive and resolving problems quickly when they arise. “We try to make sure we respond right away,” she says. “If there’s an issue, we make recommendations and provide alternative options.
