Zelta Floor & Design is a tile, staircase, and flooring contractor based in Toronto and working all across the GTA. For over a decade, they have been supplying and installing all types of highquality flooring, tile, and staircase finishing products. These days, they take on a variety of projects, including single-family homes, apartment developments, seniors living facilities, and commercial buildings. No matter what they are building, however, they strive to deliver a combination of “uncompromising quality” and “exceptional service,” according to Anastasia Portnykh, project manager. “In Toronto, we’ve made a name for ourselves by completing a variety of flooring projects including high-end hotels, custom homes, historical sites, and everyday residences,” Anastasia says. “From the very first consultation to the final touches, our mission remains unwavering: to deliver the best flooring installation services in Toronto, always ensuring that our client’s wishes are at the forefront of our work.” Zelta Floor & Design was founded in 2016 by Serge Oguy who has deep history in the construction industry in Ontario, particularly in flooring. Anastasia is Serge’s wife – they met in school in the Civil Engineers program at Seneca College – and she has been a part of the business since the beginning. She’s seen the company grow steadily in terms of size, services and capabilities, and industry reputation.
