Summit Access Solutions Inc. is a Canadian owned and operated construction access company specializing in scaffolds, swing stages, mast climbers, material hoisting, and structural shoring. Since forming in 2019, they have grown quickly to encompass multiple locations throughout Ontario, and they have been involved in some of the largest and most complex projects in the province. Today, they are recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in their region, known for working hand-in-hand with clients from design through dismantle, and for getting the job done no matter the size, scale, or complexity. “We have the experience and skills necessary to tackle just about every type of job that comes our way,” says Dave Darling, owner and CEO. “We’re a company with an old school vision,” adds Kris Rodobolski, owner and COO. “We focus heavily on service, because without that we have nothing. We have found in our decades of construction experience, much of the industry has lost its attention to service and client needs.” Dave and Kris have both been in the construction industry for decades. They first met at a golf tournament, which they played while Dave was working in the Toronto branch for a large American scaffolding conglomerate. Kris ended up joining him at that conglomerate, but after several years they decided they wanted to do things differently – they wanted to create a company that could grow large but without losing the feeling of a family business. Over the past six years, they believe Summit Access Solutions has achieved that balance. First off, the company has grown exponentially in terms of both market share and employee count.
