We’ll do a job for a couple hundred dollars.” On the other end of the scale, Justin says the company will also take on contracts with values “tipping over six figures and almost into the seven figure mark – so we really do cover it all.” No matter the size or scale of the project, however, Justin believes what sets Atlantic Fence apart is their “extreme professionalism.” “We don’t devalue any project, no matter the size,” he explains. “Whether it’s a 300-foot project for a little old lady or a 30,000-foot project for the federal government, every customer is treated with respect and their concerns are held in value.” “No matter the customer, what we focus on is our customer service,” he continues. “Right from the moment we pick up the phone to when our field guys are cleaning up after the job, we make sure the customer experience is top notch. Often customers will tell us, ‘Hey, you guys weren’t the cheapest, but you were the easiest to deal with. You were very polite. I felt a lot more comfortable with you.’” Over the years, Atlantic Fence has leveraged feedback like that into a lot of repeat business SEPTEMBER 2024
