and utilizers of new technology – Gregg credits that largely to Sam and some of their younger team members. “You know, the established methods of brokerage are fairly analog,” Gregg explains. “And while they’re still effective, the world is now splintered and fragmented in how people consume information and how they seek it out. So with the help of Sam and some others, we’ve been able to send out and disseminate information in manners we’ve never done before. “It’s a paradigm shift from what we used to do to what we do now,” he adds. “We can’t express enough how they’ve brought us right to the cutting edge. They have found the most effective manner to navigate this new digital world around us.” Moving forward, the vision for the CBRE Edmonton Industrial Team is to continue learning and finding new and more effective ways of transacting in an ever-changing market. At the same time, they also want to retain their industryleading experience and expertise – and that means passing it down to the next generation as the current generation inches towards retirement. “We’re just so happy with our team,” Gregg says. “We want to keep it that way, so we’re focusing on mentoring the young members of our team for success and ensuring the sort-of-survival and well-being of the people and practices we have. Beyond providing exceptional results for our clients, that’s our primary goal.” SEPTEMBER 2024 The CBRE Edmonton Industrial Team
