Flexibility, communication, quality Currently, NRD Construction employs 16 team members. According to Nick, the company has so far been able to steadily add to that team without having to do much subtraction because of how carefully they have been when hiring. “We really look for people who have the kind of qualities we value – flexibility, communication, quality of work,” he says. “Those are really the three things we focus.” “Again, on the residential side, you’re working in someone’s home,” he adds. “So it’s all about being respectful of that fact.
