A family feeling When founding the company, one of Kris and Dave’s highest priorities was creating a corporate culture that didn’t feel corporate. It was important to them that no matter how big the company grew, they never wanted to lose the family feeling they started with. It was important to them that every employee felt like a person, not a number. Despite their rapid growth, they believe they have succeeded in cultivating that feeling, but they understand that as owners their perspective is limited.
