On these projects, we have to be very precise and detailed.” The relationship GTA has with Atlantic Packaging is successful because GTA goes above and beyond their scope of work, as Tyler previously alluded to. “A lot of contractors look at the individual project. We look at the overall relationship,” he says. “When we work on a project, we give the best price possible for repeat clients, and we follow that up with the best possible project management service we can provide. I think for them, they’ve had hassles with other contractors. We like to err on the human side of things. At the end of the day these clients that we’re working with have people they have to report to and want to look good in front of. We make the direct contact look good and they ultimately look good to their managers.” GTA recently completed a Wing Stop project in Brooklin, ON. “This is a brand that is very big and popular with young consumers in the US,” says Tyler. “We’re helping them expand their presence across the Greater Toronto Area.” He says they have more potential projects for Wing Stop coming up in the near future, which is very exciting. “Even before we finished the project and were taking the paper down off the windows, we had people walking into the site asking if they’re open. It created a lot of local interest in the location,” he says. Tyler discussed GTA’s recent completion of a large project for Sun Pan Trading, where they connected two neighboring warehouses and OCTOBER 2024
