We’re excited about bringing that trend to the Municipality of Lakeshore.” Looking ahead, Joanne sees multi-generational living as being a huge emphasis for Homes of Integrity. She fully expects the concept to factor even more heavily into the projects they do for clients, and she also expects the company to do more of their own developments where multigenerational living is a main focus. “Moving forward, our vision for the future includes expanding our offerings to customers,” she says “We aim to enhance our capacity to serve more clients while maintaining our commitment to personalized service and quality. We’re exploring new product lines, including innovative solutions for multi-generational dwellings, which are becoming increasingly important as families look for ways to live together while maintaining individual spaces.” Lastly, even though Homes of Integrity does intend to serve more clients, Joanne says that doesn’t necessarily mean the company will grow a lot bigger. She believes that with the alliances they have built with their subtrades, they already have the capacity to take on more projects without compromising their quality or their personal service. “I really believe that we have a team that is able to produce more than what we’re doing now,” she concludes. “I think there may be a small amount of expansion, but the most important thing to us is our clients and the personal service we provide them. We will never allow ourselves to grow to a point where that personal service suffers.” OCTOBER 2024
