focused on quality not quantity – rather than doing a large volume of cookie-cutter projects, they have opted instead to focus on a limited amount of custom homes for discerning clients, usually clients that have building challenges that other builders might not want to contend with. “Our clients tend to come to us with complicated property dynamics and unique design challenges,” Joanne says. “We’ve been very consistent in being able to provide solutions for those types of unique builds. We work closely with our designers and clients to determine their needs and determine how we can overcome the challenges and obstacles.” “Every build we do is different, but one thing they have in common is that they all are uniquely challenging,” she adds. “We have just always been able to provide some great solutions.” These days, in addition to new custom homes, Homes of Integrity is also building a lot of additional dwelling units and flexible living spaces, often on behalf of past clients, and often on the properties they have worked on before. Currently, the company is also designing a development of their own in Lakeshore, which will comprise 144 units of multi-generational living space – more on that later. When it comes to their work with clients, Joanne reiterates that they earn loyalty as a result of their personalized service and the way they guide clients through the whole process.
