Gary credits that client loyalty mainly to the company’s history of doing quality work: “If you want to build up positive relationships, you need to have a quality product or service,” he says. “That’s important in any industry, but it’s especially important in an industry like this because you’re talking about systems that are protecting the client’s property and that are protecting people’s lives. We wouldn’t be able to build good relationships with our customers if we didn’t have a reputation for doing good quality work.” But what’s the key to doing good quality work? Gary believes it starts with selecting the right products. That’s why all the products they use at Superior Sprinkler are tested and certified by the relevant authorities and they are always sourced from reputable North American suppliers and almost never from overseas. Some of their supplier relationships even go all the way back to 1986. “We would never purchase substandard products to save a dollar,” Gary says. “That’s just not what we do or who we are.” In addition, Superior Sprinkler typically provides at least a one-year warranty on everything they supply and install.
