Instead of welding structural shapes together, our components are manufactured using CNC controlled lasers and brakes and robotics. All our docks are now manufactured using engineered interlocking weld joints.” This system has been perfected over the years, and Marc is proud to say this patent pending system is through examination and they almost have a full patent on their product. “It’s more versatile than the other products out there,” says Marc. “Ours are built with steel which is stronger than aluminum. They can be lifted out of the water as opposed to being carried or rolled out. That’s what makes our product different than the other ones on the market.” “The idea for this system was always there,” says Marc. “The company founder and design creator was a Manitoba iron worker who fabricated docks and rails for his friends and neighbours.
