The apartment buildings they are doing now, and have done recently, have similarly helped to raise Breakwater’s profile. Given the push for affordable housing in New Brunswick, Dave foresees a lot of work coming in the multi-unit sector, so he is glad they have been able to prove their capabilities in that arena as both a designer and construction manager. In the last year-and-a-half, Dave reports that Breakwater has been the designer and construction manager on two different 20unit buildings, and they are now working with developers on five more 20-unit buildings.
