Techniques and technology In recent years, as part of their efforts to upgrade their systems and processes and make developing projects more efficient, Admiral Development and Operations has invested heavily in technology. “I love technology,” Stanford says. “Part of the reason that I am passionate about knowing every angle of the development and construction industry is so I can look for opportunities to increase efficiencies. Being the lazy person that I am, I want to find easier ways to do things, but without compromising the end result.” The goal, he explains, is “more upfront effort, less maintenance, and a better result.” In pursuit of that goal, Admiral Development and Operations is now developing and implementing a number of tools and online solutions.
