Admiral Development and Operations is a developer and builder of multi-family developments in the Greater Vancouver and Vancouver Island areas. Over the years, they are a company that has grown and evolved in a number of significant ways, with every evolution motivated by their mission to develop the kind of housing product their market needs. From the start, their vision has always been to develop that product at a faster pace, to deliver it more efficiently and with less waste, and to deliver it to the highest quality standards possible – all while using the latest in technology and materials to improve the quality of life for everyday Canadians. Over the past year, Stanford Y.F. Siu, the company’s founder and director, has put a lot of work into achieving that founding vision. For example, he has heavily refined the company’s systems and processes so they can do as much in-house as possible, without relying on external investors and contractors. He has also traveled overseas and forged relationships with reputable suppliers and manufacturers, who are capable of supplying the company directly and reliably, so they can build faster and at an increased volume. Just as importantly, he has identified communities that are serious about building housing – communities such as Nanaimo, BC – and he’s formed close partnerships with their relevant authorities. As a result of Stanford’s efforts, Admiral Development and Operations has made great strides in all facets of building, from quality, to cost efficiency, to speediness – and they are ready to go even further. Currently, Admiral Development and Operations is demonstrating their progress on a five-acre, 32-unit townhouse development located at 3530 Hillside in Nanaimo.
