We believe there’s a lot more out there we could be doing.” At the same time, Cam says, the company’s goal is grow at a “manageable pace,” and to grow in more ways than one. He doesn’t believe growth can be solely measured in revenue. “Growth doesn’t just mean making more money. Growth, to me, just means moving in the right direction. It means becoming more efficient. It means finding ways to make life easier for everybody. We don’t necessarily have to grow by a certain percentage every year – we just want to make sure that the arrow is always pointing upwards.” “I’ve seen the downfalls of a lot of great companies who got too big too quick,” he concludes. “I don’t want that to happen to us, and I don’t think it will. We’re not going to get so big that we lose focus on our niche clientele. Those are the guys that keep us in business; we’re never going to lose sight of that.
