The right opportunities Looking forward, Warren says the goal for Martello Group is to “continue growing across Canada and the United States” – and to continue growing in the same ways they have grown so successfully over the past few years. A big part of that is through mergers and acquisitions. “Again, we’re looking for the best quality companies to partner with and merge with,” he says. “We know a lot of them already. We’re just waiting for the right opportunities.” Mergers and acquisitions aside, the company also hopes to keep growing through referrals and word of mouth.
