The Martello Group is a property management firm headquartered in Vancouver, with regional offices in Calgary, Edmonton, San Francisco, and Philadelphia. Since forming over 35 years ago with the goal of providing bespoke client-focused property asset management, the firm has grown steadily over the years in terms of both size and service offering. Wayne originally started the company as the property management division of a local developer, but he was soon after given the opportunity to take a few property management clients and go his own way.
