they’ve experienced the potential downsides of that: “The most important thing to us is we keep our quality,” Mitch says. “That’s our highest priority. We’ve found that the bigger you are, the better the chance that your quality starts to suffer. We only want to get bigger if we can keep our standards and quality high.” As for the type of work they want to be doing, Mitch reiterates that their vision is to do more infrastructure work and larger-scale commercial and industrial projects. As a company, they are still open to doing some new homes and renovations and restorations, but their goal is to do more projects along the lines of the condo project they are doing now with RC Fraser. Most importantly, however, the company wants to continue working with their long-term customers – whatever those customers need, they want C.F. Construction to be there for them. “We are very grateful to our supportive customers over the years,” Mitch concludes. “We wouldn’t be where we are today without them.” MAY 2024
