Quality is the priority Currently, C.F. Construction’s direct team comprises about 30 people, most of them longstanding. According to Marlene Sheehan, office manager, some employees have been with the business for over a decade. One employee, Laurie Campbell, has even been there 30 years; he was basically there at the beginning with Craig and he’s still there today. Another key team member, Chris Stewart, has been with the company for seven years now – he’s an accomplished engineer and has played a key role in some of the company’s biggest projects with utility companies and major infrastructure projects for towns, municipalities and large general contractors. “Everyone here has quite a few years of experience,” Marlene says. “We have a lot of loyal guys who’ve been with the company a long time.
