According to Jared, that software has helped things on site go even smoother. If there are any issues on-site, their team members in the field can easily use their phone to submit an RFI, and if there are deficiencies that need to be addressed, those same team members get a priority notification on their phone. Jared says that “helped us greatly with quality control.” As a result of their high level of quality – combined with their proactive communication and their ability to meet deadlines – Amplify Electric has been able to build some very strong and lasting relationships with customers. For example, some of the contractors they started working with their very first year in business they are still working with today. And they still maintain some of their very earliest service contracts with local property management groups. “We get a lot of repeat business,” Jared says. “A lot of our clients are happy with the product they end up with and they’re happy to keep coming back. They know they’re going to be satisfied.” Clients also know that Amplify Electric will adhere to the highest standards of safety on site – that’s one more reason Jared believes they earn repeat business.
