INTO THE FUTURE Currently, agricultural, commercial, and industrial buildings are SWMW’s primary business. Moving forward, however, more multi-family residential, institutional, and property development projects are on the horizon. Most of their projects are still located in Southern Alberta, though they are also continuing to expand throughout Western Canada. No matter what they are working on, however, and no matter where they are working, their goal remains the same – to build and maintain longstanding relationships with clients. “As SWMW expands into the future, there will be more focus on service and maintenance agreements with our current clients and expanding our services to new clientele,” Francis says. Lastly, SWMW is also looking to invest in more technology, and then to have that technology become a major competitive advantage to help them secure projects. Armed with that future-focus and commitment to continuous improvement, they look forward to having conversations with clients about how they can help with their next project. MAY 2024
