The scope for that project included full site development, which featured four commercial buildings of various sizes between 5,500 and 10,000 square feet. Midwest Design & Construction Ltd. out of Medicine Hat was responsible for all site/civil work including the landscaping. The buildings will feature a variety of modern and durable exterior finishes, allowing this development to be a great addition to the existing neighbourhood.
