Room to grow Currently, James Brothers has several projects on the go that will keep them active over the winter months – then when spring comes, they expect the business to be busier than ever. From there, Alfred says, the goal is steady growth. As a leader with Shxwowhamel Ventures, Alfred previously managed a team of roughly 90 civil labourers, as well as 130-plus security guards who worked for their partner company, Paladin Security. With James Brothers, he says “one day we’d like to be the same size.” “Within the next couple years, I think we can reach over 100 employees, and then we’ll go from there,” he says. “We definitely have the room and opportunity to grow.
