And if those developers need any advice or guidance, Marlaina is also very open to providing a consulting service. “Our ultimate goal is to use this community design project as a model for similar initiatives across the country and around the world,” she concludes. “We aim to live in harmony with one another and our environments, utilizing new technologies to enhance our lived experiences.
