instance, it can be difficult to visualize the finished product. We want to provide a space where we can sit down with a client in a professional, relaxed atmosphere and let them guide us to the right product for them.” It’s important to show clients an actual physical sample of the material being used along with a computer rendering of how it will look on their home. This helps them to visualize the outcome instead of guessing at it. Jake says the new space should expand to include a showroom sometime in the next few years. “We’re hoping to hire a couple more people, both in the office and for the job site, so that we can continue to work more efficiently as we grow,” he adds. “This will help us be a little bit more handson with the clients as it relates to design.” Bright Construction will continue their focus on siding, increasing other interior and exterior projects, while moving into general contracting. This year they have also started selling some materials wholesale for DIYers and contractors. Most importantly, Bright Construction will continue focusing on achieving client satisfaction. According to Jake, their overarching goal will be to continue earning feedback from homeowner clients like George, who memorably testified that he was: “Very satisfied!” “I’ve already had others admire the work that was done,” George said. “I’m also impressed with how fast the soffit and fascia went up.” No matter how big Bright Construction gets, and no matter what services they end up providing, Jake says that his goal will always be to continue impressing clients like that, and continue delivering work worthy of their admiration.
