Becoming more efficient Jake’s present and long-range vision for the company focuses on continued growth and expansion. He already has several plans in the works to help them reach their goals. For example, they are introducing new technology to help clients visualize their projects, they are increasing the size of their team, and they are expanding the types of services they offer. They have a new location and will eventually be building a showroom, which they believe will be a game-changer for clients: “We have a new location between Tillsonburg and Courtland, just 45 minutes east of London. We’re setting up some new office space and we’re currently working on an addition for a showroom so clients can come in and visualize their projects,” Jake says. “What we’ve learned along the way is that when someone is either redoing siding on their house or remodeling their kitchen for JUNE 2024
