Past, present, and future Over the years, Rivir Builders’ quality excellence has been consistently recognized. Most of the time, that recognition comes from clients in the form of repeat business and referrals, which is how the company generates most of their work. “We feel honoured that after the construction process is done our clients feel confident in recommending us to their friends and family,” Corey notes. In recent years, however, the company has also received recognition from their peers in the industry in the form of awards and accolades. For example, at the 2022 Lieutenant Governor’s Awards of Excellence in Architecture – as hosted by Architects’ Association of New Brunswick (AANB) – four separate projects that Rivir delivered received Awards of Merit. “That kind of recognition means a lot to us,” Todd says.
