In addition, they are able to provide clients with some details and finishing touches that other companies can’t – those touches can be relatively minor, but in a client’s eyes they can make a big difference. “It can really boil down to the finest of the details,” Matthew says. “For example, recently one of our clients was blown away when he figured out that we also offered CNC services. We were actually able to engrave on his soffit a custom Portugueseinspired design as a nod to his Portuguese heritage. That ability is something that is really quite unique to us, at least in Vancouver Island.” Over the years, Matthew says that uniqueness has earned Lopez Contracting a lot of repeat business, which is the very best indicator of client satisfaction.
