Matthew comes from a background as an architectural specialist where he spent over 10 years working directly under an esteemed architect, Thomas Johnson, Saint John NB ; he then spent seven years in a leadership role with another executive homebuilding company as a project manager. Todd, a master electrician, has extensive expertise in the mechanical trades and smart home integration, meeting Matthew while working as a subcontractor on common projects. Corey Pendleton acquired his BBA from UNB after which he transferred into carpentry and eventually worked his way into the office beside Matthew, rounding out the team’s expertise. “Leveraging our extensive previous experience and a well-established business model, we were able to hit the ground running from the very start,” Todd says. “We assembled a highly skilled and competent team, and through continuous refinement of our processes, we significantly increased our capacity for taking on new projects.” Matthew notes, “By building a solid foundation, we positioned ourselves to not only meet but exceed our clients’ expectations.
