Team chemistry As the boss, Todd is “still a builder that likes to get muddy,” so when a client needs him, he’s ready. It’s not just him, however – he says that teamwork plays a huge role both in their excellent build quality and in their excellent relationships with clients. “It’s sort of like when you see those surprise sports teams, where there’s nobody on the team and yet they beat a competitor at the top of their game. The reason for this is always team chemistry, a team that works well together. They don’t want to let the other team members down.” That chemistry paid off on the Triadic, for example, where two of the apprentices – overseen by Red Seal journeymen – were responsible for flawlessly handframing the entire upper floor walls.
