Quality without compromise In addition to designing and performing bathroom renovations, Bathrooms 2 Go has also started selling products out of their design centre directly to customers. Moving forward, one of their main priorities is expanding and developing that retail business – in the long-term, they want to be as well-known as a retailer as they already are as a renovator. “Given the financial climate, some clients are a little more hesitant to commit to full bathroom renovations than they have been in the past,” Annie explains. “We want to cater to those clients too. They can improve their bathrooms just by purchasing new fixtures and vanities, and we want them to buy those fixtures and vanities from us.” Another longer-term goal, Annie adds, is to expand into other markets. Currently, the company mainly services clients from Grimsby to West Mississauga. In the future, they are looking to reach further, into areas including Niagara, St. Catharines, as well as some communities further north, in “cottage country.” “We’re trying to find ways to JULY 2024
