He had experience in everything from shopping malls, recreational facilities, restaurants, municipal buildings, custom luxury homes, and everything in between. Chris started working with him about 25 years ago – and though he similarly specialized in custom tile work, he also became an “experienced, well-rounded tradesman,” with experience in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and everything else involved in a bathroom renovation. When Paul and Chris teamed up and created Bathrooms 2 Go, their goal was to fill what they saw as a “gap in the market.” They wanted to create a company that could provide “a high quality bathroom renovation package,” which would include design and installation, and they wanted to provide it for “a competitive price.” Early on, the company was comprised of just Paul, Chris, and Annie, and they would personally bring samples to their clients’ homes. Soon after, they introduced a small showroom space in Burlington, where clients could visit to view a wider variety of samples all in one place. From there, they moved into a larger showroom location in Burlington, and then introduced a second location in Oakville. More recently, they upgraded their showroom again in Burlington, creating a 3,000-foot design centre at 3350 Fairview Street. These days, Bathrooms 2 Go does between 60 and 70 bathrooms a year.
