We look out for each other on the job like you do in the family. That translates to safety and pride of ownership in your work. I would say that’s the underlying foundation of how we maintain a high level of quality and performance.” Many of Reimer Building Movers’ employees are longstanding. At the company’s last yearend banquet, for example, they recognized one employee for 30 years of service. Mark says they have several employees who have been there almost as long and several more who have been there over 10 years.
