The list includes: J.M Robins Construction, a subsidiary of Robins Investments that specializes in home building and project management; Rentals by Robins, which manages and rents high-quality accommodations packed with amenities in both Prince Edward Island and Reunion Resort, Florida; R&W Properties, a PEI development company formed in partnership with the local building experts at Warren’s Carpentry; and Lounge Thirty-Three, a premium casual dining restaurant in downtown Delhi, Ontario. The story of Robins Investments, specifically, began in 2018. That’s when Michael started investing a lot into the east coast of Canada, in Prince Edward Island in particular. “I really just saw the potential for the area, so I started buying up a bunch of development land,” he recalls. Michael later created Robins Investments in order to manage those developments. The first major one was ‘Colin Avenue Extension,’ located in Summerside, PEI. That consisted of 11 lots. Then they developed a project called ‘The Point,’ located in Shemogue, New Brunswick. That consisted of eight premium oceanfront properties, with lot sizes ranging from two-to-3.6 acres, and they also built a high-end modern 1673-square-foot home on lot #4.
