Robins Investments is a company dedicated to building and bettering communities through land development, real estate, and venture capital. Currently, they are working in four Canadian provinces and run a vacation rental in Reunion Resort, Florida. In all locales, their vision is to elevate the local standard of real estate development, to improve the area they are developing, and to stimulate the surrounding community’s economic growth. Their vision is also to develop projects that feature exceptional quality design, and exceptional quality workmanship, provided as much as possible by professionals rooted in the community where the project takes place. “The community is our priority, whether it is real estate, land development, or investing in a new venture,” says Michael Robins, the company’s founder and CEO. “Our business model revolves around bettering the lives of the people in the communities we are a part of. We are committed to expanding our portfolio and are excited about the future of Robins Investments.” Before getting into development, Michael personally started out as a heavy equipment mechanic. He started his first company, Peak Engine Performance, at the age of 25. That company – which he still operates successfully – specializes in custom engineering to make electronically-controlled diesel engines run more efficiently. Michael started off servicing clients in person, but eventually he took the company online and it grew rapidly from there. After finding success with that first company, Michael – like a lot of young entrepreneurs – started investing in real estate. That’s how Robins Investments came about.
