A little bit of everything Currently, DW Land Development Services is working on a “mixed bag of staff,” according to Patrick. They recently worked on the plans for a couple of custom homes, for example, which are due to be built within the next couple months. They are now designing septic systems for a range of residential, commercial, and agricultural buildings. They are working on some civil engineering plans. “We have a little bit of everything going on right now,” Patrick says. That ‘little bit of everything’ even includes the project management for one of their upcoming houses they designed. That kind of work is very interesting to Patrick, and he hopes to do a lot more of it moving forward. A few months ago, he even became Baeumler Approved for services including home building.
