DW Land Development Services offers a wide range of land development services to clients in the Ottawa Valley and beyond. Since forming in 2016, they have become leaders in the design, planning, and management of all the crucial elements for starting a construction project. Their founder and leader, Patrick Welch, personally brings over 15 years’ experience in the engineering and construction industry to his role, and he deals with every client personally from start-to-finish. By utilizing his insights and expertise, he strives to solve his clients’ problems and make their development dreams a reality. “Having the right plans, designs, and management services makes all the difference in executing a high-quality building project,” says Patrick says. “That’s what we do here – we provide the right plans, designs, and management services. We work with them every step of the way, providing them with in-depth services and care, bringing their projects from the dreaming stage to final construction.” Patrick originally started the company with a business partner. Both had gone to college for civil engineering together, and then met back up years later, each equipped with experience in different construction sectors. Together, under the banner of DW Land Development Services, they started off doing civil engineering grading plans and site servicing plans for small residential developments. About three years in, they had built a strong name for themselves in that sector, and their work grew rapidly in size, scope, and diversity. A couple years ago, Patrick ended up buying his partner out of the business.
