made the company a more enriching place to work, but it has also had practical benefits for owners and tenants, as between their team members the company can speak roughly a dozen different languages. Moving forward, Ken wants to retain that multicultural environment as the company grows – and the company definitely sees a lot of opportunity to grow. Within the next couple years, Ken says their goal is to double in size – he says “there’s no good reason” why their team can’t manage twice as many properties as they do now. To head off the extra work that additional properties will create, the company has invested in new software, which has helped them streamline their operations and take on more work without having to proportionally increase their staffing levels.
