A Dynamic Partnership Before founding Tanrock Homes, Tanner and Brock each led successful ventures of their own. Tanner and Brock’s professional collaboration is rooted in a longstanding friendship. The two were best friends long before they became business partners, having worked together in a previous company where they quickly discovered a natural synergy in their work. Even after branching off into their own ventures—Brock founding Fulkerth Drafting & Design Studio and Tanner establishing Aspen Valley Contracting—they always envisioned a future where they could combine their talents in a formal partnership. That vision began to take shape when Brock built his guesthouse, their flagship mini home. Tanner came in on the project and superintendent and did the majority of the construction of it.
