An exceptional team Currently, Acre Architects’ team consists of 18 people, including Monica and Stephen. Among that team, Monica says they have worked hard to build a culture of collaboration and personal growth. She says that she has come to believe that architecture is “not just about the end result – it’s also about how we do the work.” “We have an exceptional and diverse team,” she says. “I feel really proud of the team that has kind of come together around us. And I think what we’re seeing is that they’re shaping the culture, they’re bringing in new ideas and we try to be as open to those ideas as possible, because these people are extremely talented.” Acre Architects also strives to be open to the ideas and input of their builders and suppliers.
