friend or our family,” she says. “We want what’s best for them. We want them to pick the material that works best for them, we want them to be able to find something in their budget, and we want to charge them a fair price. I think that makes us really stand out.” Amanda also believes their teams’ knowledge and experience also helps Integrity Stone stand out. Again, Nick has over two decades of experience in the industry and came up under master craftsmen from Europe. “We have people who know what they’re doing,” she says, “and we take the time to try to educate our clients so that they can make the best choices for themselves.” “We tend to get a lot of repeat customers and a lot of word of mouth referrals because of that,” she adds. “It’s only been five years, but I feel like anybody that we ever worked with, we are still working with them. All the small builders, renovators, and cabinet companies that we started out working with, we still have those relationships to this day.” Integrity Stone’s relationships with suppliers and vendors are similarly longstanding. Amanda credits that loyalty to the fact that they are “honest and transparent about everything,” and they treat their vendors the same way they want to be treated. “We try to always accommodate them, and we hope that they’ll do the same for us,” she says. “We want the relationships to be win-win. We want both our businesses to be profitable.” THE CONSTRUCTION SOURCE CANADA
