In the last couple years their growth has skyrocketed – though they are still a relatively small company, and that’s the way they prefer it. “We focus on providing a really personal service,” Amanda reiterates. “In order to do that, we can’t be too big. Nick and I have to be personally involved. Nick has to keep a really close eye on quality. That’s a big part of what makes us special.” These days, the majority of the company’s clients are cabinet companies, renovators and boutique builders of custom homes. They also have a showroom that’s open every weekday, which is also open to walk-in clients, including homeowners who are doing renovations themselves. Amanda believes clients in all those categories choose Integrity Stone primarily for their consistency and reliability: “We do what we say we’re going to do,” she says. “We stick to our timelines. If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it. We’re never going to leave a client in the lurch or take their money and run. We always make sure everybody’s happy and the job’s done right and everybody’s satisfied at the end of it. That’s really, really important to us.” Amanda stresses that Integrity Stone is a familyrun company. It’s not just her and Nick – her brother, Justin Fair, plays a key role in the business and has been there from the beginning.
